This is not ridding, but interacting with horses
If it 20 degrees or lower, we will not work with the horses
I found that I had lost fun in my everyday life. I had replaced it with responsibility and a sense of have-to. After years of living like this I found it was work to relax and have fun. I also realized that my idea of fun was unique. In this group you will find your definition of fun as well as removing limiting beliefs and other blocks from the past.
We also explore the health benefits of laughing. Research over the last 20 years has documented many results. Laughter Yoga has been incorporated into each session.
